More Than Words.
After eight years, owners Carly & Kyle knew it was time to review our past values as a company, and reinvest in what our values meant. We thought, who are we as people, a team, and an asset to the community we service?
Through a day workshop with all Carlyle Center employees, we arrived at the following new values. Each value was discussed, debated, and crafted in a way that creates actionable moments through our everyday.
